Fire/EMS Report Request

As of July 1, 2014, the Santa Cruz Fire Department is the response agency for all fire and medical emergency responses on campus. Incident report requests should be made directly to SCFD at 831-420-5280.

Requests for reports from the former campus Fire Department (incidents prior to July 1, 2014) should be made to the Campus Information Practices Coordinator at 831-459-4003 or pra@ucsc.edu.
